Tucked into the Montecito neighborhood of Ennisbrook, this open space also known as the San Ysidro Oak Woodland, is an easy, shady trail with a charming stone bridge over San Ysidro Creek and a Monarch butterfly eucalyptus grove. When the Ennisbrook subdivision was proposed in Montecito, the community and the County knew mitigation would be important to protect this area natural beauty.

In 1989, the Land Trust accepted a conservation easement on the property, later adding more land to the easement area in 1997. The Ennisbrook Owners Association maintains the area in consultation with the Land Trust. In January 2018, this area was devastated by a debris flow that impacted much of Montecito—after concerted community clean-up efforts, the Land Trust continues to be involved in the ongoing restoration of the oak woodland.
